APPROACH
This full or half-day session uses ancient Chinese warfare
metaphors to help your team generate outside-of-the-box options for
solving a critical strategic problem. Our proprietary approach uses
pattern-recognition rather than logic and is grounded in principles
of “The Art of the Advantage,” a business strategy book published by
one of our partners. The session helps to ensure that promising,
unorthodox ideas are given their due consideration and in so doing
maximizes your chances of finding a “silver bullet” to achieve your
goals with minimal effort.
