The Strategic Coaching Program
Objectives:
Our coaching program is
designed to help your people design a compelling strategy while they become more effective strategists, able to
identify and pursue opportunities. It consists of a strategic
problem-solving session followed by a series of coaching sessions during
which our associates walk participants through the process of answering
critical business questions for you company using a rigorous scientific
approach. Through this program:
- Your organization will reach "strategic clarity" by your having jointly
defined your goals and having determined how you will achieve them
- Participants will become adept at using key tools and
frameworks to conceive of innovative strategic options and to rapidly
test these options using a rigorous, scientific approach
- You will have validated, with fact-based analysis, hypotheses you hold about how your business can become more
competitive
- You will have expanded your organization's capacity to develop
winning competitive strategies
Structure:
Our strategy coaching program consists of a two-day seminar
followed by a series of
coaching sessions during which participants, working in separate work
streams, validate and refine key strategic elements. We
typically conduct this program over the course of three months. Our approach
differs fundamentally from traditional consulting in that we support,
rather than supplant, our clients' developing their own solution.
